Sen. John McCain says the reason he opposes Sen. Jim Webb’s G.I. Bill is because, according to a study, it would decrease troop retention rates by 16%. According to that same exact study, the bill would increase troop levels by……16%!
What do you expect from a guy who thinks Al Qaeda is in Iran, has to be repeatedly corrected by Sen. Joe Lieberman on Iraq, and thinks Woodrow Wilson’s League of Nations is still around? John McCain must be senile, because nobody can be this stupid.
